Long term Lease

RentalCarsAthens offers long-term car rentals.

For a few weeks or a longer period, the right rental is not determined by a daily rate alone.

Send us your dates, rental duration, pickup and drop-off points and preferred vehicle category. We will check the available option and prepare a quote for your actual request.

Longer rental, different pricing approach

For rentals of 14–29 days, we prepare a manual quote and check availability separately.

For 30 days or more, pricing is request-based after the category, duration and actual available option have been checked.

We do not publish one universal monthly rate for every extended rental.

What do we need from you?

Send us:

• pickup date and time
• drop-off date and time
• pickup and drop-off locations
• driver age
• preferred vehicle category
• manual or automatic preference if important
• passenger count and luggage when relevant to the category

If you expect special use or higher mileage, tell us so we can check the appropriate available option.

Category first — model second

The models shown on the website are representative.

The final vehicle may be the same model or a similar vehicle within the corresponding category, according to availability and the confirmed offer.

What is confirmed before you proceed?

Before a binding booking, the specific option will confirm:

• the final price
• payment method
• any deposit or card requirement
• insurance/excess terms
• mileage policy
• the key terms that apply to the rental period

There is no single universal rule for every category, duration or rental partner.

What if the duration changes?

An extension, date change or early return may affect availability, price and booking terms.

Any change is reviewed according to the confirmed booking.

Pickup & drop-off

We can check service in Athens city centre, Athens Airport, Piraeus, Rafina, Lavrio and at a hotel/private address, subject to availability.

The meeting point and any applicable pickup or drop-off charge are confirmed separately.
