Will I receive the exact model shown?

Not necessarily.

Models shown on the website are representative and the booking may be fulfilled with the same or a similar vehicle in the corresponding category.

Is the price guaranteed when I send a request?

No.

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking. Actual availability, final price and key terms are confirmed before the booking moves forward.

What insurance is included?

Coverage and any excess may vary by category and rental partner.

Before booking, we confirm what applies to the specific available option.

Is mileage unlimited?

Only where it is explicitly stated in the confirmed offer or booking.

It is not a universal condition for every vehicle.

Where can I pick up or return the vehicle?

We can check service at Athens Airport, Athens/City Centre, Piraeus, Rafina, Lavrio and hotel/home locations, subject to confirmation.

The exact meeting point and any applicable charge are confirmed per booking.

Can I take the vehicle on a ferry?

Only after approval.

If you plan to take the vehicle on a ferry, mention it in your request. Permission, coverage and any additional conditions are confirmed for the specific booking.

Do you offer long-term rentals?

Yes.

For 14–29 days, we prepare a manual quote.

For 30 days or more, pricing is request-based after real availability has been checked.

What is the minimum driver age?

It depends on the vehicle category and available option.

Enter the driver's age in your request and eligibility will be confirmed before booking.

What driving licence is required?

A valid driving licence held for at least 12 months is required.

If the licence is not Greek or European, an International Driving Permit may be required depending on the issuing country.

Which company actually operates the rental?

Rental Cars Athens coordinates the request and primary communication and works with selected rental partners.

Before any binding payment or signature, the required operator details and final terms are disclosed.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the request according to the confirmed terms of the specific booking and advise you of any charge, price change or refund eligibility.

What should I send for an accurate quote?

Pickup and drop-off dates and times, locations, driver age, preferred vehicle category, transmission preference and anything that affects the booking — such as ferry use, child seat, additional driver or substantial luggage.

What if a topic does not have one universal rule?
