The Company also reserves the right to discontinue at any time and without notice part or all of the services provided on the website.
Not practicing the exercise of any of the Company's rights deriving from these conditions does not in any case imply a waiver of them.
GOVERNING LAW - JURISDICTION
Greece law applies to this contract, while the Courts of Athens are competent for any dispute that may arise. Alternatively, the solution of out-of-court settlement through the European Alternative Dispute Resolution Body is suggested.

They do not replace the General Rental Terms, confirmed offer, voucher, rental agreement or booking-specific terms that apply to an actual rental.
1. Website purpose
The website provides information about vehicle-rental services, request forms, representative vehicle categories and models, coverage locations and contact options.
2. Using the website does not automatically confirm a booking
Website information, vehicle cards, “From” prices and Fast Quote are used for information and request submission.
Sending a request does not by itself confirm a booking, guarantee availability, guarantee a specific vehicle or create a binding final price.
3. When a booking moves forward
A booking proceeds only after actual availability, the available category or same/similar vehicle, the final price, accepted payment method and key booking-specific terms have been confirmed.
Where required, the actual operating partner / contracting trader and payment recipient are disclosed before any binding payment or signature.
4. Rental Cars Athens and selected partners
Rental Cars Athens coordinates requests and primary communication and works with selected rental partners.
The presence of a vehicle, coverage location, insurance option or other service on the website does not mean it is owned or directly provided by Rental Cars Athens.
5. Availability, prices and descriptions
Actual availability, the final price and booking-specific terms are confirmed before booking completion.
Representative models, category descriptions and starting prices are not binding offers on their own.
Where a model is shown, the “or similar” rule applies unless a specific vehicle has been explicitly confirmed for the booking.
6. Fast Quote and payment details
Fast Quote gathers the information needed to start an availability check.
It is not a checkout or automatic booking acceptance and does not collect card details.
Before any binding payment, the actual operating partner, payment recipient and final booking terms are confirmed.
7. Website updates
Rental Cars Athens may update descriptions, categories, reference prices and other website content to reflect current operations and availability.
A later general website update does not by itself change the terms of an already confirmed booking.
8. Confirmed bookings
For an already confirmed booking, the confirmed offer, voucher, rental agreement and booking-specific terms take priority for the commercial and operational details of that rental.
9. Acceptable website use
Malicious use of the website, deliberate submission of false information or attempts to interfere with website operation are prohibited.
10. Website Terms are not Rental Terms
These Terms of Use govern website use.
Payment, deposits, insurance and excess, driver requirements, mileage, ferry use, pickup/drop-off, cancellations and incident handling are governed by the relevant General Rental Terms, confirmed booking and booking-specific documents.
